Up for grabs are two pairs of vintage engineer boots from my collection. They are both in great condition, with a hint of patina. I treated them with a layer of Pecards Antique Leather condition. While I loved getting these for collecting purposes, I find they rarely get a spot in my boot rotation.

Both boots fit about like a 7.5D. Generally speaking, if you are in the 7D to 8D range, you're good.

1940s-1950s JC Penney Foremost
Outside sole: 11 1/4"
Width: 4"

These have a lovely 1940s-1950s profile, and are built like tanks. Leather is a tea-core hide. The brass buckles have a great oxidation patina going on. The shaft is a little bit shorter, and has a seam in the middle. Notice the cool, spiked down soles on these boots.

1960s Santa Rosa
Outside sole: 11"
Width: 4 1/8"

These boots were made by Sanra Rosa, and I believe they're from the 1960s. Very thick, supple leather that can develop a nice brown/olive patina (even they don't appear to be tea-core). Rectangular brass buckles with patina, reminiscent of vintage Chippewas. Very nice ultra-flat toe

Sorry about the lack of direct, embedded images. Photobucket isn't what it used to be.

PM if you're interested.
