Absolutely beautiful Vintage Dobbs wide brim Open Road Style fedora in 7 3/8 +.
The felt on this one feels like a nice beaver blend. The color is a natural looking brown with a grey undertone. Really stunning! Excellent condition. Wide Edge bound brim is 2 7/8". Crown at front is about 4 1/2. Inside is clean leather sweatband is excellent. Wind cord with button attached. A very fine hat in all ways. Measures at 8 x 6 5/8.

It it a soft and supple hat or "hard molded". If soft I could stretch it to a 7 1/2 and it would fit perfectly.

This is a Soft felt hat and will take any bash easily. I would say that it is one of the nicest felts that I have ever come across.
***This could also be sized up to fit a 7 1/2 easily,as Dobbs hats generally have a lot of space in the crown, vs say a Borsalino.

This is not a stiff hat at all. Brim is flexible and you can wear it up or down with lots of variations. It is one of the finest felts I have come across,
better than many of the Borsalinos or Stetsons I have come across.
