Vintage Brown Velvet Suit, 40 or 42? reminiscent of Austin Powers!

This is a really cool vintage suit. It is brown velvet with gold buttons. It reminds me of Austin Powers! The tag reads Haspel, Hart's Dept Store, New Kensington, PA. It appears to be in great shape for a vintage suit, the lining has been opened in the back. I am not sure of the size, It is somewhere close to a 40L. $20
