Vintage Borsalino Allesandria 7 1/4

Nearly Mint condition Borsalino Alessandria thin ribbon in size 7 1/4. Brim is about 2 3/4. Fur felt is absolutely gorgeous and has a nice hand . Nap feels like new . Silk, yes real silk , Liner is mint . Leather sweat is perfect. Ribbons and wind cord all excellent. The color is Avorio or ash grey and is one of my favorites. This is a great mid century hat from when the felts were of top quality. I say nearly mint as it appears crown was shaped and worn at some time very briefly and then stored . ***Comes with the Stetson box with insert which it came in and is in very good condition.

Bump 279.00. These are great hats to change up the crown ribbon on for a different look and this color is very versatile to do so. Plenty of ribbons to choose from if anyone's interested.

If you was a betting man...you'd be betting correct that this hat would be nice to crease it like lightning...but alas....this is a old post...Mr. Bond has sure seen this hat part his company perhaps a long time ago...most likely.
