Here is another one I am having a hard time parting with – I love the proportions of this hat and if it was a 7-1/2 I’d keep it. But I am still clearing out the hats I don’t wear or are too small. This hat was made by Bailey Hats in Texas. I guess-timate it is from the late 1950s or early 1960s. It is a 5X, in a light grey and I had the charcoal grey ribbon added because it has such a tall crown. The felt is very soft and it came to me with the “Fort Worth” crease. The hat is in exceptionally good condition and appears almost new – all the tags inside the crown are in tact. The brim is 2-5/8” wide and the crown as creased is about 5-1/2” tall. Asking $95.00 OBO shipped in the U.S. As for trades, all I am currently looking for is a straw Open Road in a 7-1/2. If you have questions or are interested in the hat, please contact me via email thru TFL.
