Those caps with white covers are reminiscent of school boy uniform caps with white covers for the summer.

There is nothing like the Japanese in the rocking or retro scene, they are amazing.
Have fabulous reproduction clothing and great complements.
I can't wait to go to Japan and specially to get to one of those weekenders.
