Video of Aero stone washing leather. Is this a new thing?

I thought it was a vintage jacket that needed a good clean and the fact that the background was made of stones hence the “stone washing”.

Aero August heavy weight. Starting to develop a lovely patina but still a little stiff. Coming in around 20kg.

This was carved for us by a very talented customer from a lump of Northumberland Sandstone.

In that exact shade it almost looksl ike a sand sculpture! I rather like it. Would be interesting to see a 'before' photo side by side.

It's sand stone so will resemble sand.
Here is pre powerwash, it wasn't really dirty, a bit muddy and a few bird droppings, have yet to find the right location for it. It has been outside for about a year and a half, I will try find a photo from when new.

I've not had tiem to go over to social media and check the video out, so I've only seen Denny's photo here; in all honesty, I misread the post last night and thought it was a jacket that had been pressure treated somehow to take the top surface off and give it this effect..... ha.

It's a fantastic piece of carving; really has to look of a new Aero when they're at the 'stand up on their own' stage. Fantastic display piece outside the factory!

That is quite the Sand-Stone jacket there! May be a bit lacking in warmth during winter months, but will be plenty warm taking in the sun in the summer. Nice post and great background for it.
