Vicenza Leather - Is it 100% veg-tanned or mix of chrom-veg?

Hello...
I was wondering if Vicenza leather, which is offered by Aero, is 100% Veg tanned?
or is it a mix of chrome tanning and veg-tanning like the Chromexcel leather?

And does Vicenza shrink or harden when soaked in water? (like most veg-tanned leather does)
