Sure it is! not sure how you figure your sniping is any faster than mine though! I'm only really in the market for two or three more. I've found several never worn vintage 7 1/2s that actually fit rather well..you ever noticed that?

My sniping may not be faster I was just ribbing you about it.
Yeah, the 7 1/2s with a longer oval will fit some times. I am actually a 7 1/2 Extra Long Oval but go try to find that nowadays or even a vintage one.
Different manufacturers had different blocks. Some were more forgiving than others.
