Peter Davison did have a sense of style, but I'm with you Matt, Tom Baker is the best. He had great clothes. I had my grandma knit me a scarf like that back in '79 or '80, I think. Wore it throughout Junior High, too. Still have it somewhere around here, buried in a box.

How about a tougher question: Who's your favorite companion?

Sarah Jane, hands down, though I always thought Nyssa was hot. Hmm, Leela, too.

I just saw one of those jackets recently. I believe it was a Ralph Lauren. Thick red & white stripes, but I don't think the closure was high enough to pull off a classic look like that photo.

I really like those broad striped blazers too. There is an extra walking around in one of the early episodes of Brideshead Revisited who is wearing the PERFECT one; thick burgundy and off-white stripes. I wish I could get one just like it.

Just spotted this one on ebay. FYI, size is 42S & seller says it's 40's - 50's. Looks more 50's to me.
