Hello. I was reading a thread and a few pics of Older Volvo’s popped up and it got me wondering what could be hiding in the garages or driveways of TFL members. I love anything with an engine and assume so do others on here. We have a lot of love for leather jackets and are an eclectic mix of people with varying tastes so it made me curious. Please share some pics of your vehicle, project or dream wheels.

thanks

Here’s my 1968 Toyota corona RT52 with a beams engine swap. It’s a fun roller skate of a car that is still a work in progress.

old photo from 2013, I bought my first leather jacket later that year, this was the old house of my Mum's family, the leather jacket tailor is right next door... but I was totally oblivious at the time and bought my first jacket online...

custom seat ordered from my drawing, the guy making it doesn't even use ruler or any measurement tool to shape the foam just eyeballing it, and shave it with coconut grater pad, and it is perfectly fine, comes with piping too.

where it is parked in front of my drawing room.

I like the sound of twinstrokes, it is an old friend to me 24 years together.

Mine is a Renault Clio V6...19 yrs old now and as mad as a bag of monkeys.

Apologies to those who know what they are but, for those that don't Renault built some for a one make race series in the mid 90's then had the madcap idea to make a wound down version for the road. Instead of rear seats they managed to squeeze a 3L V6 engine in the back.

Very few were made (1309) and 256 made it to the UK.

Mine is quite highly modified and there's still plenty planned for it. Livery is loosely based on the Catalunya entry into the race series.

Not a car expected of an OAP :)

Ha nice idea for a thread - learning a lot by just looking through these so far.

Here is one of the Steed's as of now - I call it Old Rusty or Bessie, this is what happens to a truck in the Midwest, living off gravel and down winter lanes of salt. Still runs out like a champ though...

My first car I bought on my own was a '82 Saab 900 Turbo 5-speed. Perfectly approprate for a farm boy, who was studying Agriculture at University. I will have to scan a photo of it sometime, he's about what it looked like:

Love it when this warrior comes out.

Next stop is the living room. I’ve already started to pave a path to this with my wife. She’s begging me to get back on it (cheaper than hiring a hit man LOL). But I would love to have it as a conversation piece and maybe put a fan in front of it and throw on the Oculus and pretend. I just don’t have the balls or back for it anymore.

A man’s got to know his limitations.
*mine is a rigid frame and ornamental front brake.

That airstream is awesome!! Would love to see more pics of that and the interior.
Can’t get good shots of the interior right now as it’s full of camping gear.
