I was surprised today when I read the description as the leather feels really heavy. I had the old Vanson Mark 2 Challenger and it feels really similar. I'm not sure how z150 lines up. I personally like the heavy leather myself. Kinda looking at the chomexcel or cordivan.SP? I obviously need to educate myself first.

Fwiw, Thurston are a retailer, not a manufacturer. They are Aero stockists for the US, also stock Vanson. Often have a special run of either brand just for them, which seems to be the root of the confusion here.

Good luck with the sale here, I have a Vanson Enfeld purchased over this website that is 37 years old, it's amazing in patina, quality and wearable comfort. Sweatshirts are not as comfortable!

Hope you can work with Carrie to find the right jacket, it's out there, the search is well worth it!

AeroFan thanks for the input. I love the jacket and Carrie was pleasant and very helpful. I will buy the next jacket from them. There's so many great jackets. If I could pull off the style I'd be all over the slim fit bootlegger. Love that look!

Hi all, I'm selling a jacket purchased new from Thurston last May. The jacket is one size too large for me. Bummer for me. I love the jacket, enough that I thought about just drinking more beer and eating more ice cream but in the end it'll be better all a round to pony up the greenbacks and buy a new jacket. The jacket is in new condition, warn around the house only.
