I've been trying to come up with a quick reference chart so we don't have to bug vanson every time someone is interested in the history. I don't have anything definitive yet, but this is definitely newer model. The ones from couple years ago are 78k range. So this might be 2015ish.
If you do get an exact date, let me know and I'll add it to the list of numbers I've been able to verify. Seems like roughly 2500-4000 jackets are numbered each year. The custom jobs supposedly have different system or at least did at some point. And they started numbering in 1984. So it's kind of educated guess work, but can pin down a 2-3 year range if we get enough data points.
