5'11' 210 pounds in size 40, wearing only a Tshirt. is it too boxy? Jacket is very stiff

It looks good. Zipping the cuffs will control the sleeve length.

Fit looks great. It's new, so it's bound to be stiff and boxy but that will soon change with wear.

I'd be delighted with that.

I’m 6’1” 205 and have a size 44 Enfield And it‘s tight. I’m sure it would loosen up, if I wore it regularly. Yours looks like a good fit but you must be tight in it. I think the cut of Enfield is more on boxy side.
