US Military Utility Jacket - Alpha copy?

Hi All,
I bought this Alpha Industries blue cotton jacket in a charity shop,a couple of months ago but can't find out what it is. It purports to be a replica of a military jacket - does anyone know if it is a replica or a made up 'Harrington' in USN/USAF Blue?

Same here so far but I've tried again using a different contact link.
Update - so far so good (as the man said each time he passed a window as he fell off the tall building), I've got their automated response promising a reply within 24 to 48 hours.

Alpha do a lot of civilian stuff and stuff that blurs the line between civilian and 'fantasy military'. I suspect this is a military-style jacket that was never actually an issue item.

Gosh they answered - it's an Alpha Europe design from the same family as their 'Road Star' a fashion jacket loosely based on a bike jacket design. They've also given me the email address of Alpha Industries Europe too to get further details.

Dead end - Christian from Alpha Europe got back to me - the style is a few years old and he can't find it in their catalogue archive. Oh well good to know it's vintage ish and rare I suppose.
