Unknown WWII in Color

There are a lot of photographs of World War One in colour, thanks to a process invented by a French photographer. Almost needless to say, this was forgotten when 'big business' took over in the 1920s and 30s. and the process (and the photographic record) was forgotten.

There are also several clips of Great War footage that were tinted or colorized. Someone did a patiently good job of it.

I saw "Colonel Blimp" a few years ago on A&E Network and the color film was a nice bonus; I even had it recorded on VHS for a while. Unfortunately A&E just doesn't show the movies or British TV series they used to.
