I was making up a hat for a customer. I looked at the order slip which said a 2 3/4 inch brim, but somehow my brain went on auto pilot, I managed to set the jack and cut the brim to 2 1/2!
So.... my lose your gain.
The felt body is 100% Beaver in Sand. It is blocked to a 7 3/4 (62 inch).
If you are about a 62 cm hat size (+ of - a cm) and would like me to finish this up for you. I am offering it here first for $180 plus shipping.

I can finish it with whatever color ribbon you like, lined and with leather sweat with your initials... your choice of bash... I can even trim the brim shorter...only thing I can't do is add that stupid 1/4 inch back on to the trim...darn it!!!
