Two great jackets for sale!
Very nice Bookster jacket in medium weight tweed cloth. Lot of bells and whistles- 3 button, fox head buttons, twin vents, surgeon's cuffs, velvet collar with tab (as seen on the collar's left side, it folds and buttons underneath the collar) and made in England. I believe these are half canvassed. Doesn't quite fit me right and I need some closet space, so I'm letting this go. $70 shipped and PPed. Measurements (good for a slim 38R):
Chest pit to pit: 20"
Narrowest point of jacket: 18"
Sleeves: 26"
Length (bottom of collar to bottom of jacket): 29"
Shoulder to shoulder: 17.75"
Picture:
Also, a vtg 70s (?) jacket. Fully canvassed, made in England for Carroll and Co. in So Cal, with deep twin vents. This is a pretty awesome jacket, but it needs some repair- there are at least 4 holes that require reweaving. Since it's too big for me I want to find a good home for it, so I'm only asking for $20 to cover shipping to someone who wants to restore this jacket to its former glory.
Measurements: (39R)
Chest pit to pit: 20.5"
Narrowest point of jacket: 19"
Sleeves: 24.75"
Length (bottom of collar to bottom of jacket): 30.5"
Shoulder to shoulder: 18"

One of the holes, I believe this is the biggest one:
