Trying to help poterntial new member

On another board I am a member of, one of my fellow members there is trying to register onto this site. On the registration form it asks the random question of: What is the middle name of the 4th president of Ireland. He put in the correct answer, but still won't lethim register.

Is there a trick to this? I don't even remember having to ask an odd question like that. Please help. Thanks!!

I'd click on the "contact us" link a the bottom of the page, and ask.
I had trouble and ended up using my FB info to share.
