I'm certainly not one of those in charge of this project, but if we don't have that many people signed up for this round, it wouldn't be a big deal if we let some people have a 2nd go, would it?

I see no reason why there should not be a 3rd round, or 4th, or...

Or maybe not. Wasn't there something about an auction at the end? I'd reckon that would have to happen before the end gets too close to infinity...

I finally got the mail route sent out. I apologize for the delay.

I've held the hat too long, I know, but I won't be able to get to the Post Office before Saturday. So off to Arkansas it goes on Saturday.

This would be a lot more fun if I were retired. I'd have a roadside motel somewhere in the Ozarks by now.

This one was donated by Arron Hats. It has chin strap holes so it probably came to North America via David Morgan.

Feel free to post a pic in front of the store, though.

Hats direct has its shopfront, the Hattery, in my town, well within walking distance of my house. I coffee* there most weekends.

The Akubra factory is in Kempsey, about 5 hours or so drive north of my place. I will, however, be driving through there on my next trip to Brisbane.

Oh, yes! Coffee on!

The hat is on it's way to Spats McGee in Arkansas. Be patient. It has to travel through Missouri and I'm pretty sure they still deliver mail down there by mule train.
