Never had I made a thread with more reluctance (though I doubt it something will come out of this) but simply put, this vest does not fit me anymore.
I can comfortably wear it over my sherpa Levi's Type-3 so you can imagine this no longer is for me.
Regardless, I absolutely LOVE this piece and would much rather trade it for something similar I will love just as much. Money it can bring in won't cover anything nearly as cool so... Yeah.
I'm interested in a leather vest or a shirt or a great pair of boots or something fun like that, size 38 or true 40 for clothes, 46 for boots.
Lost Worlds heavy horsehide. Of four LW jackets that I have had, this leather is by far the sturdiest. It feels indestructible. It's not overly heavy and the leather isn't any thicker than what you would expect from LW but something about it makes it seem extremely tough.
Original small no. 5 which I kept has been replaced with a large military #10 paperclip Talon and this was done by LW.
Vest is unlined. Three pockets on the outside, one deep horizontal pocket. As versatile as it can get. Looks great, fits even better and it will outlive you by generations.
Measurements...
Other than the main zipper replacement (or upgrade, I should say as I can imagine the original crappy small zipper broke the first time the vest was zipped up), no issues of any sort. Clean, no smell.
