Very nice purchases, indeed!

I have only bought one jacket last year: @Brandrea33‘s Imperial. After that, I imposed a 12 month hiatus on myself.
Luckily, the ShipJohn/Langlitz Rough Out Wills that I ordered back in 2021 showed up in summer.

Happy to say: both jackets are Keepers and have already seen a decent amount of wear.

Yes, it has decreased. I would even say that a feeling of satiety slowly sets in. The 5* were funny to play around with different designs and sizes, but the jackets I really like are others. So I parted with a lot and now only have 10 leather jackets/vests including shearling. One or two will follow this year.
I bought various shoes, trousers and vests for this. And the best purchases, besides the PHWM, was this:

I'm sure happy to have it, and to have gotten great deals on both.
I still can't believe the vest only cost me $16 and change plus shipping, and the jacket maybe not that kind of practically free deal but very reasonable for sure.


With all the awesome jackets here, it feels good to be the one somebody is jealous of for once.

Been looking for a Sportclad and finally got it before Xmas. I ended up wearing it during Xmas.

This would have been my quest after the Sportclad but I ended up getting this California before I found my Sportclad.

This has been altered. Sleeves shortened and therefore has the best fit.

I am presently surprised by the condition of this Hercules. May be my best buy yet. Leather is in pristine condition

I bought another TopNotch on 31st Dec for $100. Not yet arrived so not sure if it would make my fifth best. It certainly looks like it pricewise.

Started 2022 with a jacket that I was not necessarily looking for but will be a keeper for the foreseeable future. The Legendary USA Black Stallion FQHH.

Followed by this Harley Davidson Shovelhead (released back into the wild)

Then a FB market place find from a local Schott 141 for an incredible deal.

Then my current grail jacket the Schott 118

And last but not least, my first shot at a Vanson in the OG Comp Weight. Model J beast of a jacket.

I believe that 2023 is going to be more focused on other areas of interest.

Did the photo of the Californian disappear? Those are some really sweet jackets! I’ve been wanting a campus ever since I saw an Arcadia on GW sales page maybe 5 years ago.

That Californian for T. was the one that got away.
