Todds uptowner fedora fair condition sz. 7 3/8 or 7 1/2

Well the title says it I have a Todd's uptowner for sale and it is in fair condition meaning no holes or tears it has some taper as you can probably see in the pics I have attached the sweatband has shrunk since I have had it the liner has recently been cleaned and is in good condition. The ribbon and bow are in good condition. I say in the title size 7 3/8 or 7 1/2 because I was talking to John Penman the other day about my AB and he said because we got into a conversation about Todd's hats and he said that the sizing charts Todd uses are off a size size so it is probably a size 7 1/2 but just to be sure I will include measurements.
I am asking 100$ for it and 15 to ship it I will also do trades if you make me an offer we can go from there such as pants,shoes/boots,shirt,jacket,whip.
measurements:
side to side from bow straight across to the other side it is: about 7.5 inches
across from front to back is:about 8 inches or so
all the way around on inside: about 21.5 inches
there is a tag inside the hat that says 7 3/8-60

I say, that hat does have a touch of taper to it!

Ya that hat had the worst taper out of all the hats I have.
