I also miss that Walter Dyer CR I had... Man, that was a nice jacket. Also the heaviest I've seen. I'm surprised WD doesn't get more love.
I have and that might be just the thing. I love the full AB but it does have an impact on the front profile. I dunno man. I have to get this one just right. It has to be my last!If you are worried about being able to move have you thought about an action back in it?

Oh how many times have I said that... Ton, did you look into August?
It was. Sadly as I peruse my old photos I'm beginning to realize that my quest for a "perfect" leather jacket actually resulted in letting many that were just that go!That's a cool one!!
Damn man. What's That??? Looks like a vintage Schott but on steroids!! Aero label?

I love the cat eye chest zips. Man that's a nice one! I've heard of Walter Dryer and they do pop up on eBay occasionally. Never owned one but always thought they looked good. Leather looks top tier too.
Yeah that guy looks beastly!I've seen Walter Dyer jackets pop up in all sorts of leather, but the one I had was literally twice the Aero's FQHH. It even made Vanson appear lightweight. I've tried to take a photo of it but my camera was crap back then...
I remember thinking how Stu's constantly boasting up with his 4oz HH, while this jacket was at least 6 or 7.
Super functional and quality jackets.
That's just it. An enlightenment of sorts and I agree 100%. Fit is so important and that can be dialed in. When you find the pattern you really dig and get the fit right it's a nirvana of sorts. I've always picked apart my jackets, often times finding a flaw that truly wasn't even there and continued on that elusive quest. It's funny though, when I look back at stuff I passed along, from my current perspective, yeah I want to kick myself in the ass. Really. Hard.So many really great jackets being moved on because they aren't "perfect". I'm done with looking for perfect and am more than happy now with "just" a great jacket that fits well.
