It does look like a sweater over a zippered, hooded piece.
I've also wondered if the hands holding the camera belong to the guy who was photoshopped in or the original person. One hand looks a bit pudgy (or the photo is blurred) to belone to that guy.
It looks like the head and torso were added to an existing body.

The blurry hand looks like subject movement to me. See the blurriness at the top of the hand in post 51 on p. 6.

We had the same thought while filming a video last summer Lizzy. We were all dressed in period clothes and went into a 7-11 for some cokes, the girl behind the counter was really staring at us. We laughed about it and said someone should have been filming it like a Candid Camera episode, and convinced her that me and my "wife' were driving along when all of a sudden we didn't recognize the road or where we were. Ask her questions about the date and town and pay with old currency. Maybe walk in smoking a cigarette and when she says "there's no smoking in here" act astonished. Could be a lot of fun. I don't think this thread is about a "hoax" though, I believe it's something these guys saw as odd, and they offered an explanation, no matter how far fetched it may seem to people.

There's an essay on time travel that deals with tensed vs. tenseless views of time. It's too complicated to summarize here--you can read it in Harry Potter and Philosophy, p. 192.

I won't say time travel is impossible, only that the simplest explanation for something is usually the correct one.

I can't believe this thread is still going on, and I don't think she's on a cell either, BUT...again I have to say there isn't one person on this thread who can give the slightest proof that she isn't, at least the folks who think she might be can say "well it sure looks like she is". So there's no need to insult people for what they may or may not think. Name calling and comparisons are really childish and I would of hoped this crowd would be above such behavior.
