Tight sleeves on A-2 Jacket?

Hello to all,

I'm having an A-2 jacket customized and I received the temporary "try on" today to make sure of the fit. Everything is fine except that the sleeves seem kind of tight. It's hard to explain, but it has low arm holes and when I raise my arm it feels tight under the arms. Also, when I bend my arm there is "tightness" around the elbow. The sleeves are the perfect length, though. Is this just the way the jacket is made? Please advise.

This is somewhat typical of an A2 fit in the sleeves. Doesn't sound like it is the wrong fit. However, a photo of you with the jacket on would help.
