Wow! That's not too far from where I live! My husband and I are big Stooge fans -- looks like this will be one of our upcoming day trips! I'll post back when we go.

Supposedly the C-Town Supermarket in my neighborhood in Park Slope, Brooklyn, which is a huge converted theater, was the Vaudeville house where the 3 Stooges got their start. They were planted in the audience as "stooges" for Ted Healy's act. The rest is history, or hysteria.
