Thoughts on age and origin of this bespoke suit?

This isn't my suit but I'd be interested to hear some thoughts about it. It is bespoke and the current owner doesn't know about its origins. I just donated a very similar 70's suit (lower quality) to the thrift store. While it does have some nods to the past, the overall style (especially of the jacket) looks a lot like some late 60's and 70's suits I've seen. Does anyone think it's older? Could it be of European origin?

the features on the trousers have a German look, and the jacket looks late 50s, but it could be later doing a 'classic' style.

Thanks, HBK. I was wondering if the jacket could be 50's. It's consistent with the late 50's suits I own; however, I've seen 60's and 70's suits with very similar jackets and trouser features. I suppose the trousers were really throwing me off. Admittedly, I don't know a lot about European suits. It's definitely time to learn more.

Probably European. Possibly British. Probably late 50s (or the lapels were narrowed long after production).
