Long story short, was in the hospital recovering from a heart attack and a four story fall from a outer ledge on a building job site. But like a bad penny....(heheheh)!

You've been in the wars! I'm glad you're on the mend, but why weren't you wearing a safety harness on site? Isn't that an OH&S requirement?

That is a burger! YUM!

The ledge I was on, could be considered a balcony, I was showing a few fellows on my crew how to install a drain insert, had my heart attack and fell to my right, which ended me up having the fall. In all, I felt sorry more for my crew and family including my Wife, then for myself. They all had to suffer such a panic over what happened, I was just "out" and stayed that way for some time. Aside from all the heart issues and fractures, I have had to miss so many things keeping off my feet. Not fun.
