Oak or mahogany office furniture?

I would go for the darkest "film noir"office furniture as I waited for
Lauren Bacall or Dorothy Malone to drop by.
I would also have a bottle of “Old Forester” on the desk.
We’d share a couple of shots prior to proceeding with the
“investigation”.

Oh buddy, that's a difficult question!

Narrow lead: Dawn. :)

Classic brand factory sale store or classic department store?

Classic dept. stores!

Factory shop outlets offer great prices but not so great on material or quality.

I Prefer classic dept. stores.
Although pricey.... I shop in Fall for summer
items and winter items around Spring at reduced prices.
Although it's been a while since I've gone
shopping.
I might go to the mall for my favorite dish
at the food court when I'm in the mood.
But I have enough stuff to last me for a long
time.
About the only thing I shop regularly is undergarments and socks.
Which I usually buy at wallymart! :D

Online shopping or shopping at stores?

On-line. I don't hate shopping, but I don't love it and not having to interact with people and crowds has turned the Fading Fasts into on-line shoppers. Plus, in general, the prices are better (and vs NYC prices, on-line is meaningfully better).

That said, the one thing I truly miss are the local bookshops (not the "new" local bookshops which have a slim selection of books, a bunch of tchotchkes (that word does not spell itself) and, usually, a barista bar and pastries. I would gladly go to the old bookstores that used to be everywhere in NYC with tons and tons of books piled everywhere amidst much dust and staffed by people who were readers first and clerks second. They are almost all gone and even the survivors have had to change.

Fall flavors: Maple or Pumpkin?
