Diet, I grew up in a house of diet soda, so that's what I know. Our house worked this way: what did my father want because that's what we had and he wanted diet soda.

I sincerely like the flavor of Diet Coke better than regular Coke even though I am not a calorie watcher or counter. That said, I do assume diet is kinder to my teeth, but it is probably killing me in five other ways.
