Ooooops, bargain table...

Double price cut, finally 29,99 EUR. :D

But really good to read and the cool dial freaked me out! Brass (!)-case, stainless steel-back.

I used to collect vintage and antique watches from the flea market... spent a big number on this one when I found it ($400 in the 1980s, I think) and haven't worn another watch since. Rolex Oyster precision, 1964. Have had it serviced a couple of times. Keeps on tickin' and keeps me from buying an Apple watch.

I used to work around a Rolex shop. I can't tell you how many Rolex watches came through that place that were screwed up by other jewelry shops offering watch repair and maintenance. Some shops didn't even have the tool to properly unscrew the back, but they tried anyway. Be careful out there.
Yip I agree wholeheartedly,,I sent my datejust to a so called Rolex specialist in Hatton gardens,,,###### watch repairs,,,absolute shocking service,,lesson learned & never again.Rolex may now refuse to service the watch ,,I will therefore send it to Michael Young in Hong Kong,,he done a great job tightening up the bracelet.

That looks a lot like the "Murph" watch they just released.

I love that Hamilton military aesthetic but I am dismayed by the fact the brand is owned by a rapacious Swiss conglomerate, the Swatch Group. Hamilton was an authentic American classic and now it is a zombie brand, appropriating old styles.

That Murph is 42mm - too big for the style IMO - 38 mm would have been preferable.

I agree 100%. Especially about the size. I have a wrist between 7 1/2-7 3/4 but still prefer sizes 40 and under. This giant watch thing needs to go.

I grabbed a wonderful no-bullshit automatic watch with Miyota 82S5 on hot sale, today. It's a Zeppelin 7362-4 by Junkers watches (POINTtec, Germany). But that doesn't matter. For me, it's just a nice "Miyota 82S5 watch". :)
