Stingy Brims?

What truly amazes me is how good everyone looks in these stingy brims. I've tried several and it doesn't seem to work for me. But then again maybe it's my melon head. Gave both of them to my son and it works on him. For me pretty much anything under two inches just doesn't look good.

Bravo to those of you who do make it work!

It's amazing what a little or in this case a lot of cold water can do ... after I swapped out the ribbon & re-installed the lining I saturated the whole hat in cold water. I then put the cold wet hat on my head [what a man will do to reshape a hat..... sheesh!!] I then went to work pulling and stretching the front of the brim to get the cupping out. Viola & Presto, like magic it is gone! Judge for yourself ... I gave the crown a tight pinch & BTW the cold wet hat is still on my noggin. ...

whadda ya think .... not bad ehh?

The crown seems taller than anything I have seen and I really like the ribbon. It's the cat's PJs for you

This is my favorite hat. Vintage Dobbs from the 60's or 70s(?) I love how it has a 6 inch, pretty much untapered crown, and the ribbon.
