Description

Original type A-1 flight jackets were made of capeskin, but this reproduction is made of Vegetable Tanned Deerskin. During the transition phase of A-1 to A-2, there were variations in the skins used to make each jacket. The jacket is constructed by a small team of men in the McCoy's head quarters, a task that only the most dedicated and experienced can do.

Having just bought a deerskin cossack style jacket, I can say that it is a fantastic hide for this casual style jacket...substantial, but a soft drape...so easy to grab-n-go. RMC makes my favorite A-1s.

Congrats the buyer! RMC deerskin A-1 is an absolutely superb jacket, in all meanings.
Deerskin from Real McCoy's is a special thing. Perfection!
