The Real McCoys Buco J100 and Aero Sheen Blackened Brown Vicenza size 40 for sale or trade

Both jackets are size 40. The Aero has been worn a few times, the real mccoys is well worn (most noticeably around front zipper and along some of the seems). I would happily keep both if either fit my fat ass.

Aero approximate measurements (the sheen is a board racer with a collar, made specifically for Thurston Brothers, though I think Aero may have their own version at this point):
P2P: 22”
Back length 25.75”
Shoulder: 18”
Arm: 26”

Real McCoys measurements:
P2P: 21.25”
Sleeve: 24.75”
Back: 18”
Length: 22.5”

Looking for $1000 shipped continental USA for TRM and $650 shipped for the Aero. Frankly, though, I would love to trade for the right jacket, and if there’s a large discrepancy in values I am happy to make up the difference to some extent. Looking for a real mccoys j100 in size 44, thedi cafe racer (no padding) in XL, and am open to other jackets similar in style and size — basically a cafe racer with a slightly more modern cut.

what's your height/weight? Maybe fit pics so we can see how it might fit.
I’ll try to find time tomorrow. Not sure how much it’ll help with how much weight I’ve gained during Covid. The TRM never fit and the aero used to be tight but I could zip it up when I was around 205. Closer to 230 now. 6’1”.

If it helps, I might keep the Aero in hopes of weight loss were it a tiny bit wider in the shoulders. I’d say I have slightly broader than average shoulders. TRM fits my 5’9” 120lbs gf better than it does me, but it’s a bit loose on her, especially in the arms and shoulders.

ah thanks, I see what you're saying. I originally read it as the jackets were just starting to get snug on you and you were looking to go one size up. So I was curious what that tipping point was as far as weight, etc. for these jackets.

Let me ask you this, at what weight do you think the RMC fit you well? The sizing on these is all over the place, so just trying to visualize it better. Also, I don't think that back length is correct. 22.5?

Here’s the Aero. I can’t even zip it up, but I could last fall, about 15 pounds ago, though it was tighter than most would like. Based on most people’s preferences, I’m guessing it would work best for 5’8” to about my height or a little shorter, and around 190ish pounds on down, though of course build matters, and on that note I’d recommend a slightly narrower build than myself.

TRM is really short. I took a stab in the dark at the time I bought it and missed. Keep in mind, it’s an older model, which I assume means it was designed more specifically for Japanese people.

Lastly, my trade examples are with the intent of dropping some weight. My weight is finally starting to move back in the direction of down.

Real mccoys on my gf. She’s 5’9” and 120 pounds. The jacket is quite a bit too big for her, but hopefully this helps to give a better idea of the fit.
