Spring linen 3B/6B. The trou are lo-rise and probably stovepiped, but I like the scalloped line of the vest closure.

A lot of older waistcoats seem to be like that. Sort of the equivalent of a three-roll-two jacket. Connery's Goldfinger suit had one like it.
