A coworker suggested I watch this movie given my interest in vintage clothes so I got it and The Librarian from Blockbusters this morning.
I usually don't really watch a movie and do nothing else, but even though I was supposed to be sewing buttons to a dress, I watched the movie pretty much exclusively. I've never watched anything with Julianne Moore or the dude who played the Dad. I liked it and them, not necessarily the Dad's character, but I really felt for him, although more for his family. Maybe I'll pay more attention to Julianne Moore.
Anyway, I loved the dresses, esspecially the pink dress she tried to wear to the first contest winner weekend. I agree that they give some great ideas. I need to take some screenshots to keep for when I give the DVD back.
