Wonder why he's pouring good liquor into the guy's hand? If you can't drink out of the bottle, then you should get a glass. It's one of those etiquette things.

It looks to me like the bottle was never uncorked, because it's still mostly full and there's nothing coming from the neck. Also, the guy holding the bottle isn't paying attention to where he's pouring it, so I think the bottle is a sealed prop used for the photo op.
