To help date the pic those are Dixon Boots. The original partners set up shop in Wichita Falls, TX in 1946 & sold out in the 1960's. Their Boot tongue was unique.

PS: I failed to mention too, that cloth pulls & inside pulls were popular in the 1940's & early 1950's but started to fade from use by the late 1950's.
