That's Myrna Loy and the dog is of course, Asta.
Okay, I need this hat.
Mann mit Hut von Madaus und Tiebut, 1934
^ Me too. Except I'd need a 2-1/2" brim, and a 1934 price.
For the right hat, I'd splurge and go as high as $15.Sounds fair to me. What do you think? $5? Maybe $10.

Reminds me very much of the 1950's, especially the hat's crease (or lack thereof!)1939. I'm not sure on the hat, but I would sure wear the coat.
Not sure where this was taken. It might be Pioneer Cemetery in Glenwood Springs, CO where the dead would have to be carried up in the wintertime or stored until Spring. That's why the old timers always said Doc Holliday isn't buried where they have marked today for tourists.Wow! I kept looking for chin straps. Must've had them pulled down tight on their heads.
It's an interesting photo, but something about it suggests to me that it's more modern that it appears to be (i.e. more "screengrab" than "photo") and that the men are possibly actors or reenactors.

Of course, that's just my opinion; I could be wrong.
That's a great pic! Here’s one instance of motion in a photo.
