Wow that is a nice lid! I also want to know the dimensions. I like the length of the brim too.

Hats are like potato chips, You just can't have one.

It's a 5 1/2 inch open crown with a 2 3/4 front and back. 1/4 inch off the sides.

It's named after my farther in law who passed away about 12 years ago. I'm naming all my non-indy after people I knew who have passed.

All I can say is, absolutely stunning hat. Great job!

I especially like the color, assuming the photos ring true. I would have thought the crown was a little higher than 5-1/2 inches, but that may have something to do with the size? The proportions are very fine. The dimensional cut to the brim is small, and it really isn't obvious from the pics. I would have liked the bow set a little less far aft, but that's just personal preference and everything is wonderfully executed. Bravo!

It might be the photo's that are making the crown look higher than it is and the bow being further back.
