So, this is the actual screen worn jacket from The Lords of Flatbush, worn by Stallone:

Talon Zipper, brass hardware, stars on the epaulettes, red quilted lining, sleeve zippers on the outside of the sleeve…
What do you guys think? What’s the possible maker of the jacket?

Yeah, Durable would have been my call too. Lords of Flatbush is a picture I've yet to see. I like to imagine from the stills that it's the "real" Fonz backstory, with Arthur F being the hoodlum he was vaguely implied to be in origin in Happy Days, but which they couldn't properly ever explore because of network censorship at the time.

His jacket in the film is a pretty generic (not in a bad sense) Perfecto-style jacket, with an almost-vertical chest pocket and a snap belt.

Besides the belt, it looks very similar to the 1959-1960 Indian jacket, whereas the belt is similar to the 60s Fidelity versions of the 1940s Indian Ranger design. It's possible that Fidelity (which likely manufactured the Ranger) kept making both versions of it, under their own name, with snap belts?
