Thanks, I am working on the Dick Tracy hat this weekend, plus I found some small Dick Tracy hat pins, one will go with that hat, the others I will keep and use maybe again, if someone wants one.

Details! Who is the maker? Are there any liner shots available?
Feraud, the maker is Mike Moore of Buckaroo Hatters, you will have to read the 'Memphis' thread to see what made 'The Green Hornet' and 'The Dick Tracy' hat come about. :D

:D CitRon... errr CitTracy you better be ready!!! :D

RBH, are you going to wear it like it already is or are you going to put a thin ribbon on it?
I dont believe this is mine.. Mike made it for our Memphis get together. I believe it is too small for me. I would have to leave this fedora as is.
Mike is also makeing a 'Dick Tracy' fedora, but we will not get to see that one till August.

I'm not sceered! They have 'filtered' internet access at work, and home is a circus, so time in the Lounge is fleeting these days.

That hat he had on in the 60's was a sort small looking brim and crown on him, I just thought I would make a green hat and call it the "Green Hornet" was not trying to make the exact hat he wore, just something we enjoy.

I may be wrong and you would know best being into SASS even though they are older but isn't that the same color green that Roger's Rangers wore? Would make a sweet recreation kinda hat, although I don't know if they wore tricorns or something else!
Maybe it was the green mountain Rangers or maybe it was just that their uniforms were green...:eusa_doh: [huh]

Great hat! I have three green hats and I love 'em.

Heh, I used to have a black Imperial, too (later model than the TV show's) but I didn't have the green hats when I had the car. :)

They are the dress weights, I only use dress weights on fedora hats. Hope this helps.

Tony, I have another green I am working on, and I mean that thing is soft, just say what crease you want and it seems to fall in there, I will be putting a hat band and bow on tonight or Sunday, it is a nice hat body.
