Sarcasm aside, I'd like to know what the designer was inspired by, so I would never look at it.

Those shoes seriously creep me out! It looks like the back of someone's head. If I wore those I think they'd startle me every time I looked down at my feet.

The skeleton dress? No thank you! I don't want my own bones showing through so I wouldn't want pretend bones poking out either. I agree with C-dot's comment of a vacuum sealed cadaver. Yuck!

I've always hated these 1938 sandals designed by Salvatore Ferragamo. Just aweful.
