It's a perfect slim 42, which I am
6'1 180lbs, athletic build
The key is that the shoulder is wide at 19.5, but the chest and hem taper nicely. It's hard for me to find that combo.
It's midweight, which I love, and not stiff, so wearable immediately.
It's a t-shirt fit, which is fine because I have plenty of layering winter stuff
Basically the perfect black leather/white t shirt/blue jean leather jacket
