I have not been wearing caps lately as its too hot a climate my way.
but I have a new custom for use in S F training rail operators as Motormen & Conductors on Vintage & historic street cars.

hand made by Al's Attire , North Beach San Francisco
using vintage elastique uniform fabric Patent leather & other good old stuff.....

Special 4-panel from Barry, made from a pair of Dickies overalls I found at a vintage shop. They were too big for me, and Barry was able to make two caps from the fabric.
