I got my second cap today (one of the three I won on ebay. The other two were too small. C'est la vie)
It is an Antartex made in Scotland.

Does anybody have a Hat People cap in a medium cut? I like the look of it on the site, but wouldn't mind at all to see one on the head of a fellow Lounger!

I was wondering what those Zasu caps looked like on! Thanks! Now I want one!

I was wondering the same thing, I just ordered and I couldn't be happier. Ralf makes them in different fabrics, mine is quite substantial. The visor of the cap is very pliable, he can make you one with a thicker visor if you'd like.. you just have to ask. I also discussed some custom options like a leather sweat and an adjustable 'buckle-belt' like a lot of vintage caps seem to have.. He's willing to try anything, very nice guy...

Alrightey, now for my long overdue Hat Peoples Brown Herringbone cap in the extra full cut (I received it two weeks ago).

(Sorry for the crudded up mirror)

I'd have to say that it's just a touch browner in actual light, it's more like a dark gray/brown, and it hasn't got that yellowish tinge, that's from the light.
Fit's like a charm.

That's a nice hat! Did you order by size or measurement? They show a 7 3/8 as 23 1/2 inches. I thought that was a 7 1/2.

This is my heaviest weight wool cap. It's nice and warm.

If vintage caps had smaller buttons, then this must be from the future judging by the size of its enormous button shown with a quarter. Cap was purchased new on line.

Label says United Hatters, Cap and Millinery Wrkrs Union Int.

Thanks for the link.
Here it is:

What hat size are you? Looks like a large fits you fine. Is it loose or tight? I hate tight caps. They give me headaches as soon as I put them on.

I'm 23" or 59 cm. It's not snug and not too loose, it's just about right. I have 2 Med. Hanna flat caps that I have to gently stretch over my knee occasionally. According to UK sizing a Med. is the US 7-3/8, 23", 59cm. Not quite snug but Large may have been better with the Hanna's. I don't care for a snug cap myself.

So, out of the three caps I bought, one fit, and I sold one, and then, since no one was showing interest in the third, I tried stretching it, and guess what... it worked.
