Now thats a Derby!Hey, that's odd. If I click on the link I still get the original auction. That would explain it though.
Ebay has been doing this a lot lately. Jim sent me a link that did the same thing. Weird.I think Mike @Redfokker may have been referring to the hat that eBay redirected him to (once you hit a completed auction).

Biltmore Imperial "Derby" (their term, used loosly) in the color "congac". This is not completely what I could call a stiff felt. I thought it would turn out to be a homburg, but it isn't. The top of the crown is not hard, the sides are, kind of. So I would call this a semi-stiffy. The construction is very high quality, as the Imperial series should be. I would like more curl to the brim. That is the only part of the hat that resembles a homburg. Strange bird in an odd color, I kind of like it.

That is a striking colour, Mike. You seem to collect quite a few of these strong coloured hats. Do you have any plans for tinkering with this hat?Biltmore Imperial "Derby" (their term, used loosly) in the color "congac". This is not completely what I could call a stiff felt. Catching up after the weekend... I hope to steam a better curl into the brim, I think it is a touch flat. Don't know what I can do about the noticeable taper though. That is a striking colour, Mike. Bash it? HahahaCatching up after the weekend... I hope to steam a better curl into the brim, I think it is a touch flat. Don't know what I can do about the noticeable taper though.
Dig that crown a lot Doc! It does look to have some age to it. Classy liner and logo rather than a slogan/multi hat logo bespeaks of a higher end Adam.
Must have been a great song, Jack. Wonderful bowler.
