the Armstrong Ranch... an Observation

Since this is the Observation Bar, I had an observation, about
the recent shooting of 78 year old Harry Whittington by the Vice president with a shotgun to the face and chest.

The third person in the group Katherine Armstrong, was actually the head of the Texas Parks and Wildlife Commission in 1999 and appointed by Then-Governor George W. Bush, yet Cheney did not purchase the proper hunting stamp to hunt in Texas on her family owned 50,000 acre ranch.

I'm not trying to imply anything, it's just odd that the ex-Texas Parks and Wildlife Commissioner wouldn't know that he needed one.

I asked for The Observation Bar to be given a break from political hand gernades for a bit.....and this subject has already been discussed.

So you need a hunting stamp for private property? He had a hunting license but the wrong stamp on it? That's cutting it kind of thin isn't it?
