Much like M_Jones, I hate shaving, and have often (jokingly) considered facial electrolysis. lol
Over the years, I've gone back and forth between razors and electric - nicks and shaving cream, go to electric: run electric over with a truck, back to nicks and shaving cream.
I used Trac2 razors for years, but stopped due to my own incompetence with them. Yes, they shaved closely: I was very pleased with the results. But after I ran the blades in the wrong direction, leaving twin horizontal slits oozing blood on my chin, I put it down for the final time and went completely electric. For good.
My current is the self-cleaning BrAun Activator. It's shaved me closely and comfortably from day one. No muss, no fuss. I just shave slowly and I'm good all day.
